At Chérie, we adhere to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Once an order has been executed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
In the event of a missing product or a defect on our part, we request that you take an unedited video while unboxing your order. Send this video along with the details of your complaint to cheriebrand.in@gmail.com.
We will process the return and arrange for a replacement accordingly.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the replacement process.

Do not return the damaged product to us. A fresh product will be sent to you within 10–15 days of receiving your complaint, provided the claim is valid.
